Heal’s recently launched its Design Milestones campaign, celebrating some of its most iconic brands and marking 20 years of partnership with Case. As part of the campaign, a series of events spotlighted some of our most celebrated designs — including Robin Day’s Forum Armchair and the 675 Chair.

They spoke to Founder of Case and long-time Heal’s collaborator, Paul Newman, about what defines great design in today’s world and how working with Heal’s has influenced his approach.

2025 marks 20 years since Paul Newman founded Case, and over the coming months we’ll be celebrating the journey that has shaped who we are today. Since 2005, Case has been dedicated to creating thoughtful designs where style and function go hand in hand.

Our partnership with Heal’s has played a pivotal role in that story, and we look back with pride at how it has evolved over the past two decades.
