As we continue to navigate these unprecedented times, we’d like to keep you informed about a number of measures that we are taking to reduce the risk to our customers, our team and our suppliers.
Our website will remain open and continue operating as normal. We have much of our range in stock, and we are working hard with our factories and logistics partners to reduce delays on any made-to-order and backorder items. However, please bear with us as some delivery timescales are subject to change, to allow us to ensure we can deliver to you as safely as possible.
From 12th April our East Hill showroom will reopen for customers, with the option to book private in-store consultations also available. If you would like to book a private in-store or video consultation with a member of our sales team, please visit our book a consultation page.
The majority of our office team are set up to work from home so there is no disruption to service. Please continue to communicate with us as you normally would. We will be letting customers know as quickly as possible should the status of any orders change. Our warehouse and delivery staff are taking measures to minimise any unnecessary contact, to ensure that they are able to continue with processing orders safely.
We are keeping a very close eye on this ever-changing situation and will ensure that our customers and suppliers are kept as up-to-date as possible.
