UK Delivery

Please read these service guidelines in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

Products, which are held in stock, may be delivered within 2 weeks of order. These are indicated when you select your requirements. Sofas and armchairs are made to order and take 6-8 weeks to arrive with you, although some items are in stock and can arrive faster. Please speak to one of our team who can advise you on stock levels. 

Delivery to most UK addresses is free of charge for all orders - though some exceptions apply, such as some Highlands & Islands addresses and non-UK mainland addresses. Please contact us if you think your address may fall under one of the exceptions above. 

• * Standard Delivery refers to one-person kerbside delivery - no assembly.
• ** White Glove Delivery refers to two-person white glove delivery and assembly in a room of your choice.

Click & Collect is available for some items from our London showroom or Horsham warehouse. You will be offered this option in the checkout if your order is available for collection.

Important information re. access: The customer is responsible for ensuring that access to the address is suitable for delivery of the order.  For example, doorways should be large enough to receive the goods, ample space to manoeuvre the items through the property is required and parking should be available outside, for successful delivery. If in doubt, we recommend a full site survey is conducted prior to placing your order. Case Furniture will not be liable to pay for any additional charges or damages caused to your goods or property due to access restrictions.

Where the property access is restricted (e.g. 2nd floor or higher, no lift or narrow stairwells) delivery could incur additional charges and the customer should notify us of all details when placing the order. Case Furniture will not accept cancellations on the grounds of access issues that were not declared at the time of placing your order.

Important information re. access: Our standard delivery service is one-person kerbside delivery. This means your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property (e.g. kerb, driveway, or building entrance). No assembly, unpacking, or room-of-choice service is included.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for the delivery vehicle (sufficient parking, clear access, no restrictions on size/weight). Drivers are not insured or required to enter private properties. 

Case Furniture will not be liable to pay for any additional charges or damages caused to your goods or property due to access restrictions.

EU Mainland Delivery

Products, which are held in stock, may be delivered within 3 weeks of order. These are indicated when you select your requirements. Sofas and armchairs are made to order and take up to 8 weeks to arrive with you, although some items are in stock and can arrive faster. Please speak to one of our team who can advise you on stock levels.

The cost of your delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout. It is based on the total order value of products being purchased.

Ireland Delivery

Delivery Times:

• In-stock Products: Delivered within 4 weeks of order.
• Made-to-Order Sofas and Armchairs: Delivered within 8 weeks. Some items may be in stock for faster delivery.

Please Note:

• Deliveries are available Monday-Friday only.
  
• Irish deliveries do not include customs & clearance fees, duties & taxes, road tax or freight forwarder admin fees. These are payable by the customer to the shipping company prior to delivery.
• Failure to pay these fees will result in delays, and the goods may be returned, incurring further costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to process these payments on your behalf.
• Please ensure you are familiar with your country's importing rules and regulations and if you are unsure please contact your local customs office for more information.

United States of America

We deliver to the USA via freight partners. You will receive email confirmation once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Times

In-stock items (shipping from the UK): We aim to deliver these within 2-4 weeks of the order being placed. This may be affected by transit and customs clearance.

Out of stock items: please email us at info@casefurniture.com and one of our team will provide you with an up to date quote.

We will deliver to kerbside or doorstep, on-site installation is not currently available for USA orders.
If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse and a delivery return fee may be charged.

Taxes, duties & import: We ship items Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) so Taxes, duties and local fees (customs, clearance, quarantine/fumigation where applicable) are not payable by the customer unless otherwise states. 

Access: Where property access is restricted (e.g., second floor or higher with no service elevator, narrow stairwells, or specific building delivery time-slots), delivery may incur additional charges. Please notify us of all details when placing your order. Case Furniture will not accept cancellations on the grounds of access issues that were not declared at the time of placing your order.

Damages, shortages & claims: Where possible please inspect your items on arrival. If damage is visible, ask the driver to note it and take photos.

International Delivery

For international shipments, special requests, large order quotes or any other enquiries please email us at info@casefurniture.com.

We make it easy to shop from any country with:

• Prices in Dollars, Euros or Pound Sterling

• Low international shipping rates

If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse and a delivery return fee may be charged.

In rare cases where we encounter a stock error, an item may not be available. We will notify you and an alternative delivery date will be offered.

Bulky, multiple-item orders and oversized goods, such as lounge chairs, stools, shelving, chairs, armchairs, large lamps, sofas, sideboards or tables, need to be transported by a freight forwarder specialist, often travelling by sea freight. The freight costs depend on the value of the goods, their weight/volume and the country of delivery. The delivery timescales for these items can range from 30 to 45 days in some cases. Preparation of export documentation can sometimes cause delays (approximately 5-10 working days) whilst goods are awaiting dispatch from the Case Furniture warehouse, we do our very best to keep delays to a minimum.

International deliveries do not include customs & clearance fees, duties & taxes, road tax or quarantine and fumigation fees which are payable by the customer prior to delivery. Failure to make payment will result in delays (unfortunately we are unable to process this payment on your behalf) and ultimately the return of the goods and further costs accrued.

Please ensure you are familiar with your country's importing rules and regulations before placing your order. If you are unsure please contact your local customs office for more information.

All international deliveries are kerbside only and the delivery company will require assistance unloading larger items. Our ‘White Glove’ on-site installation service is not currently available for international orders.

Customers in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore should visit their local stockist to order.
