Our Price Promise

At Case, we believe great design should offer great value. If you find the same Case product at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it, including eligible sale prices, or refund the difference.

How to Request a Price Match

Found the same product for less? We’d be happy to look into it.

Simply email us at sales@casefurniture.com or call us on 020 8870 4488 with the following information:

Product Name and Designer
Colour and Finish
Lower price you’ve found or paid
Name of the store or website

To help us verify the price, please include a link to the offer or, where applicable, a receipt or order confirmation. We’ll also need your full name, email address and telephone number so we can get back to you.

Please also provide your full name, email address and a telephone number for us to contact you on.

Price Promise Terms & Conditions

To make sure we offer a fair and consistent service, the following conditions apply:

When to apply: Please submit your request within 28 days of your purchase. The price match must be based on the price available at the time you purchased your product.
Same product: The product must be identical in every respect, including size, colour, finish, designer and any other available options.
Comparable service: The retailer must offer comparable service conditions and be based in the UK, or have a physical store located in the UK.
Eligible prices: We consider eligible sale prices, but cannot match additional promotional benefits such as loyalty points, cashback schemes or voucher codes.
Delivery costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price match.
Excluded retailers: We cannot match prices from online-only retailers, auction sites such as eBay, or membership websites such as Groupon.
Other exclusions: Interest-free offers from other retailers, stock clearance prices and ex-display products are excluded.
Approval: Each request is reviewed by a Case manager, whose decision is final.
