How to Claim
If you find the same product for sale at a lower price either in store or online, and sold with the same service conditions, you can make a price match request. Please email us at info@casefurniture.com or call us on 020 8870 4488 with the following information:
- Product Name / Designer
- Colour / Finish
- Price Seen / Purchased
- Store / Website
We will try to verify the lower price and in order to do so we ask that you please provide either the evidence of offer or receipt /order details.
Please also provide your full name, email address and a telephone number for us to contact you on.
Terms & Conditions
- Request must be made within 28 days of purchase.
- Any price match claim should refer to the price found at the time of purchase.
- The product must be identical and genuine including size, finish, designer and any other variants.
- Excludes additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, cashback schemes and voucher codes.
- Excludes shipping costs.
- Excludes online-only retailers.
- Excludes auction sites such as eBay.
- Excludes interest free products offered by other retailers.
- Excludes products found on membership websites such as Groupon.
- The product must be from a comparable retailer and the website must be a UK based website or the physical store must be located in the UK.
- The decision of the manager on any price match offer is final.
- Excludes special offers for stock clearance or ex-display products.
