When you submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) through emailing or writing to us, both we and our compliance provider, Consentmo, will only processes your IP address and email solely to fulfil your request. For more details on our provider please see Consentmo’s Data Processing Policy.

 

Data Requests

You can contact us to
  • Update your account information
  • Request a report of all the data we currently have stored for you
  • You can submit a request to let us know that you do not agree for your personal information to be collected or sold - find more information on this here.
  • You wish us to remove your personal and other data from our store. If you have an account with us keep in mind that this process will delete your account, so you will no longer be able to access it once the deletion has occurred.
We will respond within 45 days. 

Authorized Agent

You can authorize an agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. Your agent must provide signed authorization from you, and we will verify your identity directly.
