Content and E-commerce Executive at Case

We are looking for a skilled Content and E-commerce Executive to help us grow our online business.

Working from our showroom and office in Wandsworth, the ideal candidate should have proven e-commerce experience, strong writing skills, literacy in Photoshop, be self-motivated and with an interest in design led furniture.

This is a full-time role
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9.30 -18.00
Salary commensurate with experience.

Required Tasks

Responsible for all site content including product copy, information pages and images and ensure all details are up to date

Review product performance to update copy, photography or push products where needed

Review the website to improve customer experience

Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, campaign and product performance

Work with the external PPC partner on SEO improvements to improve ranking and traffic to site

Manage all newsletters, generate newsletter content ideas and ensure alignment with marketing plan

Work with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and partnerships to provide copy and content, such as advertising, press releases, catalogues, SEM.

Create landing pages in response to marketing activities

Creating fabric, colour and finish pdf’s, online spec sheets and pricelists.

Liaise with the photography team to ensure all photography meets the company standards

Leverage content and assist with social media and blog posts

Engage influencers through social dialogue and design conversations.

Liaise with marketing manager on social strategy to increase likes, followers, conversations and overall engagement.

A&D Contract Sales at Case

We are recruiting an experienced contract sales consultant to manage our A&D relationships and develop new project opportunities with our range of exclusive furniture.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience selling furniture to the A&D community, working on contract projects with an established network and will be responsible for generating new business whilst managing existing key specifier accounts. You will be fluent in spoken/ written English and be customer service and brand driven.

This is a full-time role
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9.30 -18.00
Salary commensurate with experience.

Required Skills

At least three years selling experience

Self-motivated, self-directed with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple levels within an organization

Strong interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, managers, outside and inside contacts

Positive and energetic with excellent listening skills and strong writing skills

Required Tasks

Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to buy furniture

Drive sales through product knowledge and workplace knowledge which will enable you to align key business objectives of clients

Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with customer

Successfully manage and overcome customer objections

Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, prices and sales
